Senior Construction Project Manager

The Harrison Group has been retained to lead a search for a privately held commercial real estate developer in Maryland that has been in business for more than 50 years and is looking to add an experienced construction leader due to upcoming retirements.

This person will lead projects from start to finish from the owner's side and should come from a commercial general contractor or another commercial real estate developer.

Responsibilities will include:

• Design management
• Entitlements and permitting
• Preconstruction and budgeting
• GC selection and contract negotiations
• Construction oversight
• Project closeout and turnover
