Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Site Manager

An established and growing commercial interiors contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Maryland. The company has a strong pipeline of work across a range of commercial construction projects, providing an opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of projects and play a key role in their successful delivery.

This position offers the opportunity to manage projects from preconstruction through completion, working closely with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, field teams, and internal leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented Project Manager with commercial construction experience and a strong understanding of drywall, interior systems, project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

• Manage commercial projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Review contracts, construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, financial performance, and profitability.
• Coordinate project activities with field personnel and installation teams.
• Track project progress and ensure key milestones are maintained.
• Identify and resolve project issues throughout the construction process.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and project partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project requirements.

• Experience in commercial construction project management required.
• Strong commercial drywall / interior systems background preferred.
• Understanding of project budgets, schedules, contracts, and construction processes.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
