Health Advocate Representative

Overview:

Are you passionate about helping people and providing outstanding customer service? We’re building a compassionate, responsive, and detail-oriented team to serve as a trusted resource for members navigating their benefits and healthcare  this role, you’ll assist customers over the phone and email, answer benefit and eligibility questions, help resolve claims issues, and deliver a positive customer experience every day.

• Answer customer questions regarding benefits, claims, eligibility, and payments
• Provide friendly, professional support via phone, email, and written communication
• Research and resolve customer concerns with empathy and accuracy
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records
• Assist with enrollment updates and administrative support tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues efficiently

• 1+ year of previous call center experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Punctuality and reliability
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM
• High school diploma or equivalent
