Insurance Service Representative (Hybrid) - Rockville, MD

Salary: $46,000 - $57,000 annually

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid after training (First 90 days fully onsite, then Monday-Wednesday in office and Thursday-Friday remote)

Our confidential client, a well-established insurance organization serving professionals nationwide, is seeking an experienced Insurance Service Representative to join its growing team in Rockville, MD. • Manage 30-40 inbound calls daily from policyholders and prospective customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and policy support
• Process customer requests in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and detailed documentation of customer interactions
• Follow up internally with underwriting, claims, and other departments to resolve customer issues
• Process policy renewals and perform high-volume data entry with accuracy
• Educate customers regarding insurance products and available coverage options
• Assist with policy changes, payments, applications, emails, and other administrative functions

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty License in good standing
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Professional and polished demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
