We are seeking a passionate and creative Interior Designer for a full-time, on-site role located in Rockville, MD. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating innovative design solutions, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and developing comprehensive interior design plans. Key responsibilities include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, preparing construction drawings, and collaborating on furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).

This role also involves maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring that designs align with Ethan Allen’s high standards of excellence.

• Proficiency in Space Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design
• Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and specification
• Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to client need
• Relevant professional certifications or licensure are a plus
