Position Responsibilities:

• Design and implement activities that promote self-esteem, social-emotional growth, and developmental milestones
• Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Support children's learning through play and exploration
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

• Minimum: MSDE-OCC 90-Hour Certification
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• 1+ year of classroom experience in early childhood settings
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Certifications in CPR and Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred

Rockville, MD 20850 Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
