Trinity Lutheran Church in Joppa, Maryland is seeking a passionate, faith-filled Youth and Children's Director to join our ministry team.
This individual will work closely with the Lead Pastor to coordinate and grow an intergenerational spiritual ministry that nurtures children, equips youth, and strengthens families in their faith journey. We are looking for someone who is creative, relational, organized to build meaningful connections across all ages of the congregation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead ministry programs for children and youth
- Foster intergenerational faith formation opportunities
- Partner with families to encourage spiritual growth at home
- Collaborate with the Lead Pastor and church leadership in shaping ministry vision
- Strong Christian faith and commitment to Lutheran theology and values
- Experience in children's, youth, or families ministry preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships across generations
