• $750 signing bonus
• Starting pay of $20.00+ per hour, based on education, experience, and certifications

As a Goddard School teacher, you'll create a nurturing, engaging classroom where children feel safe, confident, curious, and excited to learn. You'll:

• Plan and implement fun, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Encourage children's confidence, independence, creativity, and social‑emotional development
• Support learning through hands‑on play, exploration, and discovery
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families
• Meet the individual developmental needs of each child
• Maintain a warm, organized, and engaging classroom environment
• Communicate professionally and positively with families and fellow team members
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities

Our ideal candidate is dependable, positive, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about working with young children.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate early childhood practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous early childhood classroom experience preferred
• MSDE/OCC 90-Hour Preschool or Infant/Toddler Certification preferred
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is a plus
