The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region is seeking an Employment Coach (VR) to provide community-based assistance and coaching to youth and adults pursuing vocational skills and independence. This part-time role focuses on preparing, educating, and supporting job search and placement under DORS guidance.
Primary work will occur in Harford, Cecil, and Baltimore counties with schedule 4 pm–9 pm, Monday through Friday.
