Job DescriptionLeads and manages the integration of multidisciplinary engineering inputs to deliver technically robust, compliant, and optimized solutions for nuclear facility projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, regulatory standards, and stakeholder requirements across the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Direct all phases of assigned engineering integration projects from concept through completion, managing diverse technical disciplines to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical experts, and stakeholders to establish integration strategies, define scope, and ensure technical deliverables meet safety, cost, and schedule requirements.
- Lead coordination efforts across process, safety, mechanical, electrical, I&C, and civil engineering domains to ensure technical consistency and resolve integration challenges.
- Approve technical documents, review designs, and oversee progress to maintain quality and regulatory compliance within industry standards.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary workshops to align engineering activities, identify project risks, and drive resolutions for integration and operational issues.
- Mentor engineers, contribute to talent development, and promote technical excellence and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support regulatory audits and ensure all engineering integration activities adhere to nuclear safety and compliance programs.
- Drive continuous improvement by monitoring integrated system performance and implementing optimization initiatives.
- Maintain professional demeanor and behavior in all forms of communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Typically requires 10 years of experience in engineering roles relevant to nuclear facility projects, with 3‑5 years in integrative, multidisciplinary or management capacities.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex technical projects in regulated environments such as nuclear power or DOE/NRC‑regulated facilities.
- Strong technical expertise in engineering principles, system integration, and compliance with nuclear regulatory requirements and standards.
- Well‑developed leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills necessary to coordinate teams and interact with diverse stakeholders.

Compensation$105,150 – $175,250
