Senior Metrology Technician

* Senior Metrology Technician

Location:

Rockville, MD

Summary

The Senior Metrology Technician performs and coordinates calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities for instrumentation used in pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory environments.

Responsibilities

* Perform calibrations of process and laboratory instruments.

* Execute troubleshooting and corrective actions.

* Review calibration documentation for accuracy and compliance.

* Support investigations related to out-of-tolerance conditions.

* Mentor junior technicians.

* Maintain calibration records and work orders.

Qualifications

* Associate degree or technical certification preferred.

* 5+ years of metrology or calibration experience.

* Experience with pressure, temperature, flow, level, and analytical instrumentation.

* Knowledge of GMP environments.

* Strong documentation skills.
