RSC2, Inc. is hiring an Executive Systems Engineer to support the SAI contract in Aberdeen, MD. The role involves developing, implementing, and documenting systems engineering, integration, and readiness processes for PD SAI systems.
Responsibilities- Participate in coordination of the systems engineering integrated product team and other technical forums at the PD SAI and subordinate agency level.
- Coordinate with program, project and product management offices to assess the efficacy of engineering and integration processes.
- Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, making minor adaptations and modifications.
- Provide independent and professional support on portions of complex projects.
- Review, advise, prepare, and provide comments on documentation including Logistics Support Analyses plans, technical documentation, reliability and maintainability documents, MANPRINT, training manuals, provisioning documents, and database management systems.
- Active Top Secret clearance.
- Master’s degree in engineering or related scientific/technical discipline (PhD or equivalent may substitute experience).
- Minimum fifteen (15) years of progressively complex experience in hardware design, development, and documentation.
- Four (4) additional years of direct relevant technical experience can substitute for education level; an MS degree may substitute for one (1) year of experience; a PhD may substitute for two (2) years of experience.

Salary range: $110,000 to $257,000 (annualized USD) based on location, education, skills, experience, and contract-specific affordability.
