- 14 years of experience as a Hardware Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
- 5 additional years of experience as a Hardware Engineer may be substituted for a degree
- Manage hardware-related Service Now (SNOW), NLYTE, and JIRA tickets and provide regular updates to the customer
- Plan all phases of hardware projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and maturing technical performance parameters
- Perform engineering reviews of deployment packages submitted by customers to identify and resolve inconsistencies
- Work closely with the systems engineering team to develop and validate hardware drawing packages
- Complete documentation to obtain approvals for shipping equipment to pre‑staging areas and keep stakeholders informed (e.g., MDATs, TOEs)
- Perform immediate changes, maintenance, sustainment, and replacement of failed hardware (Break/Fix support)
- Organize and lead hardware installations across multiple operational sites
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate with multiple organizations while on TDY assignments as required
