Step into an exciting career with ENTRUST Solutions Group as a Design EngineerI! You will work on critical utility projects, gaining invaluable insights and hands‑on experience. ENTRUST specializes in engineering, designing, upgrading, and maintaining gas and electric utility system assets. In this role you will design, upgrade, and maintain these critical systems.

Locations:
Forest Hill, MD;
Baltimore, MD; and Marlborough, MA. The position requires local travel for occasional site visits and fieldwork, as well as office visits. Candidates should be located near an ENTRUST office and be willing to work in the office when requested. You will use your technical expertise to ensure designs meet project specifications, communicate challenges related to scope, schedule, and quality, and collaborate with Designers and Drafters to complete design packages.

In this role you will be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and utilizing tools such as Microsoft Copilot, bespoke AI workflow tools, and an IT team dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation to enhance operations and drive efficiency. • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• Must have a valid driver’s license without restrictions for occasional fieldwork and site visits.

• Electrical, civil, or environmental engineering major.
• Located near an ENTRUST office and willing to work a combination of from home and in the office, as needed.
• EIT certification.
