* What You Will Do:

*** Designs, develops, and maintains data pipelines and computational workflows to support large-scale scientific or analytical datasets.
* Implements ETL processes and workflow automation to ensure data is analysis-ready and reproducible.
* Performs data validation, quality control, and documentation of data pipelines and provenance.
* Collaborates with technical and domain teams to troubleshoot data issues and tailor solutions to analytical needs.
* Optimizes performance and resource usage for high-volume data processing.

* What You Will Need:

*** Master’s degree in bioinformatics, computational science, or related field
* FIVE 5 years’ relevant experience.
* Proficiency in Python, R, and workflow tools; experience with databases and cloud/HPC environments.
* Experience working with complex or scientific datasets.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "public trust"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their public trust prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an active public trust or suitability are preferred
** What Would Be Nice To Have:
*** Experience in distributed computing or large-scale data environments
* Familiarity with research data ecosystems.
* Prior NIH experience

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
