Piping/Plumbing Senior Designer (Washington, DC)

In this role, you will establish design criteria and develop system designs from concept plans, interpret the basis of design, and gather information from users, project partners, field surveys, and code research.

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience designing plumbing/piping systems, preferably in lab and/or clinical settings.
• Proficiency in engineering design software, including AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Understanding of applicable design codes and specification requirements.
• Strong teamwork skills: mentoring, delegation, and constructive feedback.
• Effective communication with clients, partners, and organization members at all levels.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $115,000 to $180,000
