U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Building Engineer in Prince George's County, Maryland to operate, maintain, and repair complex mechanical systems in commercial facilities.
You will manage RTUs, AHUs, VRF, MAUs, boilers, chillers, energy management systems, and fire/refrigeration equipment. The role requires Maryland 1st Class Stationary Engineer license and EPA 608 certification, with a minimum of 3 years of maintenance and 2 years boiler/chiller experience.
