Soltesz is seeking a Senior Engineer to join our growing Lanham team. This is an opportunity to work on exciting land development projects throughout the Washington, D.C. region while collaborating with a team of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

• Design and develop site/civil engineering plans
• Prepare roadway, drainage, stormwater management, water and sewer designs
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and project teams
• Manage project tasks, schedules, and budgets
• Mentor and support junior engineering staff
• Work on a wide variety of challenging land development projects

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 6+ years of civil engineering and land development experience
• AutoCAD and/or Micro Station proficiency
• Strong communication and technical skills
• Prince George's County experience preferred
• Maryland PE preferred but not required
