Large Company owned by a well-known Family continues to expand with strategic acquisitions! The organization is taking over the industry across the US!

The Tax Manager will join a strong Accounting team loaded with CPA's who come from well-known companies and public accounting backgrounds!

The Tax Manager role is available due to a retirement that was recently announced.

The outgoing Tax Manager has built strong processes and documentation and they plan to allow time for training before the retirement officially commences.

While work-flow is in order, the Corporate Controller allows the Tax Manager to work autonomously and you will be able to optimize processes and systems to your liking.

While the Tax Manager is responsible for ALL-THINGS-TAX for this growing organization, the candidate MUST be comfortable with a large percentage of responsibilities focusing on State & Local AND Indirect Tax across 20+ States.

How do you land this role??

• BS in Accounting, Finance, Econ, OR Business Admin is Ideal
• 6+ Years of Tax Experience...Public Accounting Tax is a Major Plus
• C-Corp & Partnership Tax Oversight (Compliance Outsourced)
• State & Local Tax is a MUST ... Company is in 20+ States NOW and growing
• Strong understanding of Tax lives/methods relating to Fixed Assets
• Experience with Personal Property Tax Returns
• Exposure to Avalara Tax System is a PLUS!
