• Must have led initiatives, will definitely be more of a Team Lead type resource
• Need to be able to mentor the junior members of the team and keep them on track with assignments, etc
• The biggest difference between this position and the regular Service Now Developer will be the amount of their experience and if they have led teams before

Extensive experience as a Service Now Developer in various modules and services;
Experience as a Service Now Team Lead providing direction and assistance to the development team.

Position

Description:

Provide support as a Team Lead and as a Service Now Senior Developer.

• Analyze the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.
• Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
• Provide support in building prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.
• Provide support and mentor Service Now Developers.

Skills Requirements:

FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS(Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor's and 7 years of experience, Master's and 5 years of experience or 11+ instead ofa degree

• 8+ years of experience as Service Now developer
