K is seeking a
** Project Manager
** to support the
** Navy C‑UxS Program
** within
** NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF)**. This role will oversee project planning, execution, installation coordination, system integration efforts, and sustainment activities for Counter‑sUAS technologies supporting TW111, and related mission partners. The ideal candidate brings strong DoD project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across technical, operational, and contractor/government teams.
** Roles & Responsibilities:
*** Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of C‑UxS installation, integration, and sustainment activities.
* Manage project scope, cost, schedule, risks, and performance metrics.
* Coordinate with engineering, logistics, test teams, and field technicians to ensure smooth system deployment.
* Support documentation development (SOWs, IPT artifacts, status reports, test plans, installation procedures).
* Provide regular project updates to government stakeholders and internal leadership.
* Track project milestones, deliverables, and contract requirements.
* Assist with resource allocation, onboarding, and task assignment to project personnel.
* Support procurement actions, vendor coordination, and material readiness for installation events.
* Ensure compliance with security requirements, safety standards, and Navy/DoD processes.
* Represent the program in meetings, IPTs, and technical exchanges.

* Basic Qualifications:
**
* ** Clearance & Citizenship**:
Must be US Citizen with a Secret clearance.
* *
* Education & Experience:
** BS/BA, additional experience accepted in lieu of formal degree. 10 years supporting DON and/or DoD in relevant work history.
*
* Preferred Qualifications:
*** PMP or DAWIA/PM certification.
* Experience with C-UAS/C-UxS systems or similar tactical systems.
* Technical background supporting hardware/software integration.
* Previous work with fielding, test events, or rapid prototyping environments.
** Basic Compensation:** $89K-$134K. The salary range posted is based on the national average. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s location, knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.
** Additional Compensation:
** K may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
