Salary: $75,000.00 +

The Senior Automation Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of web-based applications through both manual and automated testing activities. The role develops and executes comprehensive test plans and scripts derived from user stories and requirements, identifying defects and collaborating closely with developers to drive timely resolution.

• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure functionality, performance, and security
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on user stories and requirements
• Report and track defects, and work with developers to ensure timely resolution
• Verify that new features and updates meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with testing AI-powered applications and validating machine learning model outputs, including ensuring data quality, bias detection, and integration of AI components into broader systems.

• Bachelor’s degree Technology, Business, or Related Field

• 5+ years of experience in manual testing of web-based applications
• 4+ years of experience with Playwright, Selenium

• Experience in creating and executing test cases, reporting defects, and verifying fixes
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in a federal or similar setting
• Experience testing large-scale databases and cloud-based systems
• Hands-on experience with Git workflows for source control and team collaboration
• Experience with jQuery and Type Script is a plus
• Familiarity with AI-powered applications is a plus

• Ability to pass multiple background and employment checks - federal and local
