Our client, a leading organization in the financial industry, is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join their team. The Lead Product Manager will guide the evolution of a business‑critical case management platform (RCM) used daily by lawyers, investigators, and enforcement professionals. You’ll drive enhancements to complex legal workflows and document processes, ensuring the system delivers high‑quality, reliable functionality that supports essential regulatory work.
Partnering closely with legal stakeholders and a collaborative team of product managers, you’ll drive platform stability and champion user‑focused improvements to a platform that has been central to the organization’s legal and enforcement operations for a decade. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Lead Product Manager
Location: Rockville, MD (Preferred) or McLean, VA (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite)
Pay Range: $73/hr - $78/hr W2
Job Type: Contract
- Own the vision and strategy for multiple products and complex product portfolios.
- Define and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Lead cross‑functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from conception to launch.
- Prioritize product backlogs based on user value, data insights, and stakeholder input.
- Coordinate with leadership, UI/UX, technology, and business teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
- Seasoned senior experience in product management within large or enterprise organizations, especially with complex or multiple products.
- Preferred experience with legal case management tools, legal workflows, legal documentation processes, and working closely with legal teams or legal professionals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and research for decision‑making.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams and drive product success.
- Deep understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product management.
