Field Service Technician II

Human Touch LLC is seeking a skilled and customer‑focused Field Service Technician II to support complex equipment and systems across multiple government sites. This role involves hands‑on technical support, troubleshooting, installation, and customer interaction in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, technically proficient, and committed to delivering high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.

Job Location:

Washington DC – Washington, DC 22102. Position Type:
Full Time. Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 per year.

• Perform customer support activities including installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
• Conduct on‑site installation, configuration, and testing to ensure proper functionality.
• Diagnose and isolate equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networked environments.
• Deliver technical presentations and communicate system capabilities when needed.
• Train customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Serve as a customer‑facing representative, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively within a team‑oriented, fast‑paced support environment.

• Bachelor’s degree + 6 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma + 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of:
  • Networked environments
  • Operating systems (Windows 10/11)
  • PC and network hardware
  • MacOS
  • Network printing environments
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
