Job PurposeThis role manages IT projects that implement business processes and technologies to meet identified business needs. The Project Manager defines project scope, adopts appropriate methodologies, ensures on‑time delivery within budget, and maintains clear communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Take full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation, and successful completion of medium‑scale and large‑scale projects with direct business impact.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks to project success.
- Maintain realistic project plans and communicate progress accurately to stakeholders.
- Adopt appropriate project management methods—predictive or adaptive—based on project context.
- Ensure quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure.
- Manage the change control procedure, guaranteeing deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale, and resource budgets, and are approved.
- Provide effective leadership to the project team and address performance deviations.
- Monitor and control resources, revenue, and capital costs against the project budget while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Deliver end results of the highest caliber, with clear scope and quantifiable business benefits.
- Lead projects that involve multiple internal and external constituents and matrix partners.
- Track project milestones, develop integrated project schedules, and report on delivery plans.
- Develop project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, risk plan, and other artifacts; publish periodic status reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Five or more years of outcomes delivery across high‑value IT projects, with at least three years of hands‑on project management in an IT environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
- Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and client‑management skills.
- Ability to make decisions that best serve the organization and its stakeholders.
- Experience resolving problems, implementing corrective actions, and disseminating lessons learned.
- Proficiency in vendor and contract management.
- Plans, schedules, and monitors work to meet time and quality targets.
- Facilitates collaboration among stakeholders with shared objectives.
- Selects appropriate standards, methods, tools, and applications.
- Seeks specialist knowledge or advice when needed.
- Implements stakeholder engagement and communications plans.
- Collects and uses feedback to measure stakeholder management effectiveness.
- Develops and enhances customer and stakeholder relationships.
- PMP or Scrum Certification preferred.

CompensationBase Salary Range: USD $90,000.00 – $ annually. Target annual bonus varies by role level. Individual compensation packages consider skill set, experience, and qualifications.
