**** The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
** As Business Transformation and AI Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
* Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered solutions, from opportunity assessment and business case development through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
* Translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled workflows with clear KPIs, ROI models, success metrics, and operational standards.
* Partner across product, engineering, data science, and operations teams to redesign processes, reduce manual effort, and improve customer and business outcomes.
* Establish governance for model performance, compliance, responsible AI practices, and workflow quality to ensure reliable and ethical use of AI solutions.
* Drive stakeholder alignment, adoption, training, and change management while fostering a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
** Your Skills and Expertise
** To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of experience in business process management, operations, product, AI, automation, or digital transformation roles in a private, public, government or military environmentORHigh School Diploma/GED AND fourteen (14) years of experience in business process management, operations, product, AI, automation, or digital transformation rolesin a private, public, government or military environment

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

Strong understanding of AI technologies including LLMs, NLP, machine learning, RPA, and predictive analytics

Experience with workflow and automation platforms such as Service Now, Salesforce, UiPath, Power Automate, or similar technologies
