Service Now App Engine
Service Now App Engine 12+ months. As app engine is so niche, we will except good technical architects with custom app/service portal experience. Two days per week in Maryland. Must have CSA, CAD and 1 implementation cert. If we can find 1 or 2 people that hit the mark we have a strong chance. If we find any US C devs with App Engine (full remote) they'll take them on also.

Remote, however, must be able to come into the Rockville MD office twice a week.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience implementing or architecting Service Now solutions Service Now Certified System Administrator Service Now Certified Application Developer Certified in two or more additional mainline certifications, with preference for the following:
- CIS – Customer Service Management
- CIS – IT Service Management
- CIS – Discovery
- CIS – Service Mapping
- CIS – Software Asset Management
- CIS – Hardware Asset Management
Valuable Skills for this Role:
- Vast experience across numerous parts of the Service Now platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies
- Hands-on experience implementing or architecting 15 or more Service Now applications (>480 hours each)
- Excellence in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide Script) and other relevant languages
- Excellence in designing and leading complex solutions and integrations
- Excellent understanding of system architecture and design principles.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional understanding of Service Now best practices and industry trends
- Excellent conflict resolution skills to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely and accurate delivery
