CGS is seeking a dedicated Discovery Database Administrator to join a fast‑paced and hard‑working team to support various aspects of the company's legal portfolio. The role requires expertise in Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and 2022, database design, performance optimization, and migration to cloud infrastructure.

• Provide database administration support for Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and 2022, including security configuration, table and index creation, stored procedures, and SQL reporting.
• Manage and maintain databases in a clustered server environment, ensuring optimal design and development of data models.
• Apply knowledge of data lakes, data warehouses, data marts, metadata, and data modeling to integrate seamless solutions with legacy infrastructure.
• Implement database mirroring, log shipping, redundancy, high availability, and comprehensive backup and recovery strategies.
• Facilitate system migration to cloud infrastructure and upgrade SQL Servers from earlier versions to the latest releases.
• Develop reports using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and set up reporting servers for DBA functions and report development.
