Senior Oracle Database Administrator – Exadata position at Red Arch Solutions, Annapolis Junction, MD. 10+ years of experience administering and engineering solutions with Oracle databases (10 to current), supporting large‑scale or enterprise‑level services.

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• BS in CS or related coursework, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience administering Oracle databases and engineering solutions, including database design, modeling, migration, troubleshooting, performance observation, and tuning
• Experience with RAC, RMAN backup & recovery
• Experience with Oracle Exadata, DB security, Data Guard, DB Vault, Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, label security, and data migration
• Strong independent work ethic and communication skills

• Develops integrated, robust solutions using GOTS, COTS, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and third‑party components based on customer needs
• Provides subject‑matter expertise to support difficult business decisions
• Designs, configures, and implements full‑stack architecture following Oracle best practices and business acumen
• Recommends enhancements to meet complex customer needs

Salary range: $190,000 – $220,000
