Role Overview

ICF's Digital Modernization and Experience (DMX) Division is seeking an Enterprise Architect with experience in Digital Portfolio Management, Advisory & Governance to support our federal client. The Enterprise Architect will establish and manage centralized digital portfolio management and reporting, architecture standards, advisory services, governance reviews, and customer experience practices across the organization.

• Establish enterprise digital portfolio management and rationalization
• Improve portfolio data quality
• Consolidate and baseline portfolio inventory
• Define standardized portfolio data models
• Provide strategic technical advisory services to programs and delivery teams

Ideal candidates have experience with enterprise architecture and portfolio management platforms, familiarity with Agile, Dev Sec Ops , and human-centered design practices, and strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related scientific/technical discipline
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, digital portfolio management, technology governance, IT strategy, or digital delivery leadership
• 1+ years of experience with portfolio rationalization, architecture governance, customer engagement, and enterprise delivery standards
• 1+ years of experience referencing architecture, design patterns, cloud technologies, modernization approaches, and customer experience principles
• 1+ years of experience leading cross‑functional governance, advisory, and stakeholder engagement activities
• Must be a United States (U.S.) Citizen or Green Card holder; work must be performed in the United States for a federal contract
