IT Project Manager - CAD​/PLM & Teamcenter Lead

• Provide project management for Digital Engineering IT projects supporting X-energy's engineering, manufacturing, and deployment goals

• Interface with IT project leads, engineering teams, and internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the scoping, planning, and execution of multiple IT projects

• Collaborate with business leaders and engineering teams to identify, define, prioritize, develop, and deliver IT projects supporting engineering systems including Teamcenter, NX CAD integration, and Product Lifecycle Management

• Oversee the execution of assigned projects and ensure that assigned resources are carrying out their tasks efficiently

• Plan project management activities, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and allocating and overseeing resources for various deliverables

• Lead projects involving Teamcenter configuration, integration, migration, and enhancement initiatives

• Organize and facilitate project planning, project status reviews, retrospectives, and other project-related meetings

• Interface with procurement teams and vendors on behalf of the assigned projects as required

• Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting objectives, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines

• Manage internal and external project communications, improving transparency, and sharing information

• Ensure project visibility and internal coordination of team efforts via Jira and other Atlassian tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited university or college
• 4 years’ additional experience in project management, or 3 years’ professional experience with a PMP certification can be in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
• Typically, 7 to 10 years’ experience in IT project management
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as an IT project manager
• Possess expert knowledge of Agile principles, ceremonies, and tools and techniques such as Scrum, Scumban, Kanban, Lean, etc.
• Experience supporting the development of project and quality management processes.
• Experience identifying, collecting, and reporting metrics for measuring progress and quality
• Demonstrated experience in IT design and architecture workshops and reviews.
• Experience in full Software Delivery Lifecycle from project inception to delivery.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Project and Atlassian suite of tools
• Knowledge of CAD systems (NX, CATIA, Solid Works) and their integration with PLM
• Hands-on experience using Siemens Teamcenter PLM system and working knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, modules, integrations, and data management workflows
