We are seeking an experienced Cloud Reporting and Documentation Specialist to support cloud financial operations, reporting, dashboard management, and technical documentation. This role will focus on cloud billing reconciliation, dashboard reporting, documentation management, and stakeholder communication across multi‑cloud environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud cost analysis, reporting, dashboard development, technical documentation, and cloud operations support.
Key Responsibilities- Reconcile monthly AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud billing and usage data to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain technical documentation, process guides, job aids, and operational materials across Confluence, SharePoint, and Service Now
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
- Analyze cloud cost and usage trends and identify anomalies, discrepancies, or optimization opportunities
- Prepare and distribute monthly billing summaries, dashboards, and cloud usage reports
- Support cloud billing survey distribution, tracking, and summarization
- Provide user support and training for dashboards, documentation, and billing‑related processes
- Develop communication materials for cloud updates, process improvements, and operational changes
- Maintain version control and documentation inventory across reporting and knowledge repositories
- Support process improvement initiatives and help resolve billing or reporting issues
- Monitor compliance with cloud billing policies and documentation standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational transparency and reporting accuracy
- 7+ years of professional experience in cloud billing, cost analysis, cloud operations, or related areas
- Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP billing and usage reporting
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Experience with Confluence, SharePoint, or Service Now documentation platforms
- Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret cost and usage trends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and recurring monthly deliverables
- Strong communication and stakeholder support skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain SSA Public Trust Suitability clearance
- Experience with Fin Ops practices and cloud cost optimization
- Experience with Cloud Health, Apptio/Cloudability, or AWS Cost Explorer
- Experience supporting federal clients or regulated environments
- Experience with Service Now reporting workflows
- Experience creating training materials and conducting user training
- Knowledge of change management methodologies such as PROSCI or ADKAR
