Job Title:
WMS Business Analyst (Memphis & Maryland DCs) 6 Months Contract Location - Memphis, TN / Maryland Description
We are seeking a WMS Business Analyst to support warehouse operations across distribution centers in Memphis and Maryland. The role focuses on providing day-to-day functional and technical support to operations teams using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Responsibilities- Support warehouse operations teams at Memphis and Maryland DCs
- Troubleshoot WMS-related issues and provide functional guidance
- Work closely with non-technical users to resolve system and process issues
- Use SQL to extract, validate, and analyze operational data
- Identify and elevate system or data issues to technical teams
- Support reporting, issue tracking, and operational improvements
- Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Good SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Experience supporting business/operations users in a warehouse environment
- Ability to translate technical issues into simple business solutions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution center operations
- Familiarity with reporting tools or BI dashboards
- Prior experience working in multi-site warehouse support environments
