- Support development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), milestone trackers, and task-level planning artifacts for all assigned work streams.
- Track labor hours, staffing utilization, funding status, burn rates, and cost performance across contract tasks and reporting periods.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports supporting the Weekly CIO Executive Dashboard, Monthly Status Report, Cybersecurity Risk Profile, and other management reports.
- Coordinate with task leads to collect status, schedule, risk, and performance inputs and translate them into actionable project control metrics.
- Monitor deliverable due dates, action items, dependencies, and open issues to support on-time task execution and reporting compliance.
- Assist with contract financial management activities, including estimate-to-complete tracking, option year planning support, invoice support, and internal budget monitoring.
- Maintain project control data repositories, trackers, and dashboards using Excel and other approved tools.
- Support RMF program reporting, POA&M trend analysis, risk register maintenance, and governance metrics under Task 5.8 as directed.
- Identify schedule or cost variances and elevate risks, anomalies, or data quality issues to program leadership.
- Support process improvement initiatives that strengthen reporting accuracy, transparency, and traceability to authoritative data sources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 4+ years of experience in project controls, program analysis, financial analysis, or contract operations supporting federal contracts.
- Experience supporting program reporting, budget tracking, labor tracking, and schedule management in a government contracting environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, reconciliation, and reporting analysis.
- Familiarity with project scheduling and control concepts such as baselines, forecasts, burn rates, and milestone management.
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams to gather data and produce clear management-ready outputs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Experience supporting HHS, NIH, or other civilian agency IT or cybersecurity programs.
- Familiarity with RMF, FISMA, POA&M tracking, or cybersecurity performance reporting.
- Experience using Power BI, MS Project, Service Now, or other reporting and workflow tools.
- Knowledge of task order financial controls, invoice support, or federal contract administration practices.
