- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience managing large, complex technical, scientific, research, or information technology programs.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience supporting program or project management activities for a Federal agency.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing multi‑disciplinary technical teams and subcontractors.
- Experience managing cost, schedule, performance, risk, staffing, and deliverables across multiple projects or task areas.
- Experience supporting Federal Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), Federal Program Managers (FPMs), and technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading executive‑level briefings, governance meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
- Strong technical leadership skills.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience supporting NIH, HHS, or other Federal research organizations.
- Experience managing scientific, biomedical, research, or laboratory technology programs.
- Experience supporting Agile and hybrid project management environments.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Information Technology.
