Blu Omega is seeking a Business Analyst to support a federal program focused on enterprise business analysis. This role operates within a hybrid environment and is responsible for analyzing organizational processes, assessing IT deficiencies, and supporting ERP implementation initiatives. Responsibilities
- Assess operational and functional organizational baselines
- Identify information technology deficiencies affecting organizational goals
- Generate strategies for IT enhancements and process improvements
- Participate in strategic assessments and design reviews of enterprise approaches
- Coordinate the resolution of complex problems related to ERP implementations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–7 years of business analysis experience
- Experience in enterprise business analysis across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Knowledge of business process analysis and requirements gathering
- Experience supporting IT strategy, organizational assessments, and gap analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP implementations and process improvement
- Cross-functional stakeholder engagement skills
Compensation Salary Range: $95,000–$108,000 per year Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, and education.
