What You Bring

Required:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph
  • Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD
  • Working knowledge of intelligence management concepts, partnership coordination, and IC/DoD classification guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports and documents in Microsoft Office formats
  • Proficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information
  • Understanding of cross-domain data transfer systems and intelligence dissemination processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated proficiency in drafting and responding to partner engagement inquiries

Preferred:

  • Experience with JWICS,SIPRNet, andNIPRNetcross-domain transfer systems
  • Background in international affairs, foreign liaison, or intelligence partnership management
  • Experience managing information sharing agreements or foreign disclosure processes
  • Familiarity with USCYBERCOM J2 partnership engagement processes
  • Knowledge of foreign partner cyber intelligence capabilities and needs
  • 12+ yearsof relevant experience, including work within the last 2 years
  • Master's degreein a related field —ora Bachelor's degree plus 5 additional years of senior-level experience (17 years total)

USCYBERCOM's intelligence mission doesn't operate in isolation — it depends on a network of domestic and international partners whose engagement, coordination, and information sharing must be carefully managed and continuously strengthened. Peraton is seeking an Intelligence Management Specialist (IMS) to provide

Operations Mission Team SupporttoUSCYBERCOM J2at Fort Meade, MD, serving as a critical enabler of the command's strategic international intelligence partnerships.

In this role, you'll work directly alongside International Affairs Officers, managing partner portfolios, coordinating intelligence and information exchanges, and ensuring the full range of intelligence and administrative functions that keep partnership engagement persistent and effective. From cross-domain data transfers acrossJWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and Allied/Partner systems to developing long-term sharing agreements and facilitating command-level engagements, your work will directly shape how USCYBERCOM builds and sustains its global intelligence relationships.

This is a senior-level role for a professional who combines strong organizational and analytical skills with a deep understanding of intelligence partnership dynamics — and who can synthesize a complex, multi-partner picture into clear, actionable products for directorate leadership.

What You'll Do
  • Provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to International Affairs Officers across a variety of intelligence disciplines and partner engagement activities
  • Build and maintain databases; monitor intelligence; assist with administration and management of RFIs
  • Provide cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support, including system-high to
    -low transfers betweenJWICS,SIPRNet,NIPRNet, and U.S. Allied/Partner systems
  • Produce metrics, graphics, and briefings to support production management and mission management functions
  • Provide operations mission team research and analytical support to the Directorate of Intelligence
  • Identify and develop mission enhancement opportunities; produce status reports outlining updates and progress of accomplishments
  • Manage task completion and support strategic engagements and partner visits hosted by the command
  • Manage portfolios for various governmental and non-governmental partners; collaborate closely with relevant subject matter experts
  • Coordinate intelligence and information exchanges; enable persistent partnership engagement
  • Develop and implement processes for long-term sharing agreements
  • Capture and synthesize a common picture of the command's current state of partnership engagement and develop approaches to address identified shortfalls
  • Establish effective communication procedures and practices to facilitate command-level engagements, conferences, working groups, and planning teams
  • Demonstrate proficiency and timeliness in drafting and responding to tasks related to partner engagement inquiries
  • Provide recommendations on continual process improvement to support the directorate's mission
  • Produce Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives as assigned
