Dev Technology Group seeks a Junior Help Desk Support Specialist to provide first-line technical assistance onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role requires U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret clearance with no telework options and rotating 12‑hour/8‑hour shifts.
You will handle tickets by phone, email, or in person, troubleshoot issues, create accounts, log incidents, and escalate when needed while meeting SLAs in a 24/7 operations center.
