Significance Inc is seeking a Travel Systems Analyst (Senior) to play an integral role in our growing team s is hybrid position that will require a Public Trust Clearance.
The Travel Systems Analyst serves as a primary point of contact for technical support, account management, and travel program operations related to the Federal Government’s E-Travel System (Concur Gov). This role combines deep systems expertise with policy interpretation, high-volume customer support, and compliance with the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR). The position requires 5+ years of combined experience in federal travel support, account management, and/or E-Travel systems work.
The position also supports Federal Government Travel Charge Card program operations, including transaction and account reviews, audit support, corrective actions, and recurring and ad hoc reporting.
- Receive and process assigned cases from the resource mailbox: triage inquiries, track issues, investigate root causes, prioritize high-visibility cases, and provide timely resolutions and status updates.
- Maintain full operational knowledge of the E-Travel System, including authorizations, vouchers, workflows, traveler profiles, routing lists, and system configurations.
- Apply FTR and federal travel policies to system transactions and provide consultative guidance on entitlements, per diem, and complex scenarios.
- Test new system configurations, analyze impacts, and support implementation.
- Generate reports (e.g., via IBM Cognos Analytics), track workload metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Create and deliver trainings, client demonstrations, and presentations (in-person or via Microsoft Teams), including senior stakeholders.
- Handle ad hoc requests and projects related to data, processes, configurations, and system enhancements.
