Responsibilities

+ Serve as the primary administrative support contact for designated client accounts.

+ Enter and maintain job orders in Bullhorn (BH) and other client/vendor management systems.

+ Post approved job openings to company websites and internal systems.

+ Manage job order updates, maintenance, and closures.

+ Submit candidate information to client portals and VMS systems.

+ Assist with client communications, including status updates, onboarding coordination, newsletters, and general account support.

+ Track account-related activities and ensure data accuracy across systems.

+ Maintain candidate and consultant records in Bullhorn and other systems.

+ Conduct consultant care and follow-up communications as needed.

+ Provide backup support for Account Managers and Account Coordinators as needed.

Requirements

+ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Strong customer service orientation.

+ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple teams.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

+ Ability to learn new technology platforms and processes quickly.

+ Bachelor's degree preferred.

+ Experience working in IT staffing, recruiting, employment, or human resources environment.

+

Experience with Bullhorn, Fieldglass, or other ATS/VMS platforms.

+ Knowledge of recruiting workflows, onboarding processes, and consultant management.

+ Experience supporting sales, recruiting, account management, or staffing operations teams.
