• Power BI:
  Advanced expertise in dashboard and report development, DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling, row-level security, and performance optimization; experience publishing and managing work spaces, datasets, and dataflows in the Power BI Service.
• SQL:
  Strong proficiency writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuned analytical queries.
• Cloud Data Platforms:
  Hands-on experience with Snowflake or Databricks.
• Pharma Data Sources:
  Working knowledge of IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, specialty pharmacy/distributor feeds, and patient-level/claims datasets.
• AI & GenAI (Plus):
  Familiarity with building or integrating AI/LLM-driven reporting agents, copilots, or coaching tools.

• 5+ years of reporting and analytics experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences consulting.
• Strong storytelling skills you build dashboards and metrics people understand on first glance and can execute against.
• Proven track record partnering with commercial leaders and field teams to drive measurable business impact.
• Experience leading and growing distributed/global delivery teams.

We are looking for a Senior Reporting & Analytics Lead to join our pharmaceutical management consulting practice and partner directly with commercial leaders to turn complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights that drive field performance.

• You will lead the design and delivery of reporting and analytics solutions that measure and accelerate commercial performance for our pharma clients. From sales force effectiveness to market access strategy, you will build the KPIs, dashboards, and analyses that field teams actually use to make decisions.
• You will dig into market share dynamics, surface access and competitive hurdles, and translate findings into visualizations and narratives that non-technical stakeholders can act on immediately.
• You will work on high-visibility engagements with leading pharmaceutical brands, shape the analytics agenda for commercial teams, build and lead a global delivery team, and pioneer the next generation of AI-powered reporting and coaching agents that redefine how field teams operate.
