Jobtailor is seeking an entry-level IT Support specialist to provide Tier 1 and 2 support, manage user accounts, and respond to helpdesk incidents across email, phone, and on-site channels. You will install workstation hardware/software, support remote users, and help enforce IT security procedures.
The role requires up to 3 years of experience, familiarity with the Microsoft tech stack (Windows, AD, O365, Intune), and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
