Deputy Director Data and Intelligence - Population Health Improvement

You will oversee the development of modern data platforms, cloud-based solutions and advanced analytical capabilities, ensuring the organisation has the tools, infrastructure and expertise required to deliver high-quality, efficient and effective healthcare.

We are seeking an influential leader with:
Significant senior-level experience leading data, analytics or intelligence functions within a complex organisation Extensive experience of developing data strategies and delivering large-scale analytical programmes Expertise in data science, business intelligence, analytics, data engineering or related disciplines Experience working with executive leaders and system partners to inform strategic decisions Strong understanding of NHS data governance, information standards and data quality requirements Experience of modern data platforms, cloud technologies and advanced analytics The ability to inspire, develop and lead high-performing teams A commitment to improving outcomes and reducing health inequalities through the intelligent use of data Educated to Master's level (or equivalent experience), you will bring strategic vision, political awareness and exceptional communication skills.
