Data Testing Manager

*** Candidate should be willing to go through Federal clearance and due to the nature of the clearance we are looking for candidates with US Citizenship**

• 5+ years of experience in data testing, ETL testing, database QA, or related data-validation functions.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate complex data mismatches, identify root causes, and support defect resolution.
• Hands-on experience writing advanced SQL queries for validation, reconciliation, aggregation, comparison, and exception analysis.
• Experience testing data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, database processes, and transformation logic across large datasets.
• Solid understanding of relational database concepts, data structures, and source-to-target relationships.
• Practical knowledge of data-quality validation, including completeness, accuracy, consistency, uniqueness, validity, and referential integrity.
• Experience translating business requirements, technical specifications, and mapping documents into test scenarios, validation rules, and test cases.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery practices for test tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
• Experience managing the full defect lifecycle, including identification, documentation, triage, retesting, and closure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with developers, analysts, data teams, and business stakeholders.
