Maximus is seeking an Operations Support Center (OSC) Site Lead to provide day-to-day operational leadership for the OSC, coordinating with contract and government stakeholders and ensuring top-tier customer support with timely SLA performance.
The role is on-site in Annapolis Junction, MD, requiring an active Secret clearance and US citizenship. The candidate will lead a team of OSC operators, drive performance metrics, and contribute to PMR reporting and continuous process improvements.
