High school diploma or general education degree (GED), three (3) to five (5) years painting experience or business school training required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Incumbent should be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form, possess high-quality verbal and written communication ability, and strong customer service skills.

This position is primarily responsible for painting exterior and interior walls of Ingleside. Additional duties include repairs to walls and other duties as assigned.
