Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee solar projects in Rockville, MD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, engineering, and renewable energy, with a focus on solar PV project management.

• Lead and manage solar PV projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Coordinate and oversee permitting, interconnection, site development, and EPC processes.
• Utilize project management tools such as Procore, Net Suite, Salesforce, MS Project, and Bluebeam to track project progress and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project alignment and compliance.
• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to effectively manage project teams and resources.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar PV project management or preconstruction.
• In-depth understanding of permitting, interconnection, site development, and EPC processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, Net Suite, Salesforce, MS Project, Bluebeam).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• NABCEP PVIP certification preferred.
