• Define, plan, and deliver complex programs requiring cross-functional collaboration
• Organize, plan, and maintain the program roadmap consisting of related activities/projects
• Lead project teams in the development and maintenance of comprehensive plans
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on program status, directing corrective actions as needed
• Deliver presentations on project status to communicate effectively throughout the project life-cycle

• Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual/access requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a project manager role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills
• Experience with customer relationship management and conflict resolution

• Bachelor's degree
• PMP certification or equivalent training
• Healthcare insurance industry business and operational knowledge
• Experience managing large, complex projects
• Familiarity with industry-standard software development life-cycle
