Brief Job OverviewThe Program Delivery (PD) and Business Development (BD) Manager is an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Director, Program Delivery and Business Development responsible for managing a portfolio of donor‑funded projects that advances access to quality medicines and strengthens supply chain resilience, using best practices to ensure client/donor satisfaction. More specifically, the PD/BD Manager will provide day‑to‑day management of assigned projects, including developing workplans, deploying project management tools and processes, monitoring project activities against budgets, drafting progress reports among other tasks, to ensure high quality results.
Additionally, the PD/BD Manager will manage the proposal development process, as assigned, with staff members working across multiple teams in Rockville and other regions to ensure quality and compliant submission in response to funding opportunities. In both the PD and BD capacities, the Manager will stay abreast of trends in an evolving global health and domestic landscape. Lastly, the PD/BD Manager will define, revise, and implement project management and business development processes in collaboration with other key stakeholders, and develop and revise resources and tools as part of the PD/BD team’s ongoing efforts for continuous improvement based on feedback and business practices.
