As the Operations Manager for this boutique design firm, you will serve as the operational backbone of the business, partnering closely with leadership to drive efficiency, execution, and growth. - Serve as the operational lead, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and with fine attention to detail, including but not limited to document execution start-to-finish.
- Assist with day-to-day business needs from general administered tasks to coordinating large projects.
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management across multiple concurrent projects.
- Act as a primary liaison for clients, vendors, and contractors, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Manage internal systems including calendars, inventory tracking, and documentation.
- Identify process improvements and implement systems that enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives, contributing to team development.
- Troubleshoot challenges in real time and proactively solve problems before they escalated.
- Assist with brand visibility efforts, including light marketing and social media coordination.
- Encourage a positive work environment, supervising staff and driving efficiency.
- Collaborative team that encourages creativity, teamwork, and work/life balance.
- High visibility role with direct impact on company growth and operations.
- Hybrid work model with one day remote per week.
- Experienced leader with a bachelor’s degree in hand. You have five or more years of experience in operations or management, ideally within real estate, design, or high-end retail.
- Operationally minded. You naturally create order, improve systems, and elevate processes.
- Client-focused communicator. You are professional, responsive, and confident interacting with high-level stakeholders.
- Mobile. You have access to a car and are comfortable traveling locally as needed.
- Tech-savvy. You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and navigate digital tools and social platforms.
